Alright, this is way better than anything I could do, but there are a couple of things I see that might help this one out.

- On the red material on the chest, you have the dark spots. It looks like you wanted to give it a pitted, textured look but there's no indication of the depth. If you added some highlights around those spots it would really give them that textured feel. (if it's deep enough to catch a shadow, then the off-light side would catch a the light and have a bright spot). I may have misread the material you were going for so I might be off base on that.

- The shape for the plates in the chest doesn't really read, because of a lack of shading. It first glance, it looks more like a smooth material with those lines printed on it rather than material with plates underneath it. You did an AMAZING job on the shoulders. That shading is top notch. It looks like the problem hit on the red material where it's less reflective. A less reflective material will have less in the the way of bright spots (white or extremely light reds, in this case) but the general shading should still apply. A little more gradation in those areas would bring it out. You actually captured that shading pretty well on the face.
